    • Centralised call centre capable of performing a first diagnosis and sending the spare part to the designated technician to perform the work as swiftly as possible;
    • Technical support, spare part logistics and in-house repair workshop;
    • Servicing within the next 24 hours;
    • Complete retrofitting projects including: replacement of electronic parts that are beyond repair due to their being outdated compared to current production, replacement of driving gears and engines, numeric control replacement and servicing of the machine mechanical parts;
    • Spare parts warehouse including over 2,000 different codes for a total of over 50,000 parts;
    • Flexible technical support contracts that can be adapted to the needs of both manufacturers and machine users.
