Our service department is characterized by a strong professional commitment, grown alongside the Company’s evolution. We work with a worldwide capillary network of qualified technicians providing specialized field services and customer support.

Technical assistance at customer

Prima Electro is able to ensure rapid and effective action within 24 hours of our service center. Thecentralized call center is a competent technical interface, able to diagnose the fault and to send the replacement part to the technician assigned to the intervention as soon as possible.

Our laboratory is able to repair both products currently in production both obsolete products.

The laboratory has a warehouse of spare parts with over 2,000 different codes for atotal of 50,000 shares of stock that is separate from the production and storage of finished products, used for repairs at the customer. To send us a product to be repair and to obtain an RMA number, click here.

PrimaElectro provides the customer with innovative design solutions.

The retrofit involves replacing electronic obsolete parts with equivalent current parts. The retrofitting includes replacement of drives and motors, replacement of CNC and possibly a revision of the mechanical part of the machine.
