The SYNOV Group visits Prima Electro: industrial synergies and a shared vision

On 31 October 2025, Prima Electro joined the SYNOV Group — marking the first acquisition outside French borders and a concrete first step towards international expansion.

Just a few months after joining the group, the integration process has begun to take shape on an operational level. C-level executives and managers from the group's various companies gathered in Italy for a first opportunity for direct dialogue, combining a visit to the production facility in Barone Canavese with strategic working sessions.

 

For Prima Electro — which designs and manufactures custom industrial power and control electronics — it was an opportunity to share its approach first-hand: well-established engineering expertise and a structured production chain, built on close collaboration with clients from the earliest stages of development. Integration into the SYNOV Group further strengthens these capabilities, creating new opportunities for clients and partners: greater technological complementarity and the ability to tackle complex projects within a broader industrial ecosystem.
