People are the driving force behind innovation at Prima Electro. Investing in their well-being, professional growth, and safe working conditions is not just a regulatory obligation — it is the very condition that enables the quality of our products and the strength of our relationships with customers and suppliers. The same principle extends to the supply chain: responsibility does not stop at the factory walls.
Health & Safety (ISO 45001)
Safety as a value, not just a duty
- Target 8.8 - Protect labour rights and promote safe & and secure working environments for all workers
- Target 3.8 - Achieve universal health coverage
- Target 3.d - Strengthen the capacity of all countries for early warning, risk reduction and management of national and global health risks
In a manufacturing context that combines metalworking and precision electronic assembly, protecting workers' health and safety is an operational priority that permeates every level of the organization. Prima Electro has launched the certification process for the ISO 45001:2018 standard—the international benchmark for occupational health and safety management systems—with the goal of achieving formal recognition by 2027. This commitment goes beyond mere regulatory compliance, aiming instead for a systematic approach to prevention: hazard identification, active worker involvement, and the continuous improvement of operating conditions. For Prima Electro, safety is not a statistical milestone, but the result of a systemic vision. The 2023–2025 three-year period confirms the solidity of this commitment with an unequivocal figure: zero direct workplace injuries. This path not only fulfills an ethical duty but also positions Prima Electro well ahead of future transparency obligations. The stability of the training trend and the absence of accidents are indicators of a mature risk governance, capable of transforming safety from a cost into a competitive advantage, ensuring operational continuity and maximum protection for every employee.
Retention and Welfare
Retaining talent: welfare, flexibility, and recognition
- Target 8.5 - Achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all women and men, including for young people and persons with disabilities, and equal pay for work of equal value
- Target 8.6 - Reduce the proportion of youth not in employment, education or training
- Target 10.4 - Improve the regulation and monitoring of global financial markets and institutions and strengthen the implementation of such regulations
In an increasingly competitive job market for specialized technical profiles, the ability to attract and retain talent is a strategic lever that directly impacts the quality of innovation and operational continuity. Prima Electro has structured a retention system built on four pillars:
- Corporate Welfare — supplementary welfare programs supporting employees' economic and personal well-being.
- Hybrid Work Models — remote working options for compatible roles, serving as a tool for flexibility and organizational autonomy.
- MBO (Management by Objectives) — an incentive system tied to the achievement of individual and corporate goals, recognizing people's contribution to the organization's success.
- Performance Bonus (a financial reward linked to company results, turning collective performance into shared value with the people who made it possible)
These tools reflect a vision of the employment relationship oriented toward long-term collaboration: building an environment where people choose to stay and grow, not just work.
Training & Development
Growing together: training at all levels
- Target 4.4 - Increase the number of people who have relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills
- Target 4.7 - Education for sustainable development, global citizenship and human rights
- Target 8.6 - Reduce the proportion of youth not in employment, education or training
More than just mandatory regulatory updates, training at Prima Electro is an ongoing investment in technical, managerial, and soft skills that sustains the company's capacity for innovation and the professional growth of its people. The training plan offered by Prima Electro covers all organizational levels—from production to R&D, and from sales to management—with tailored pathways for each role and function.
The main areas of development include: specific technical skills, workplace safety, project management, languages, and digital skills. Training also serves as a key retention tool: investing in people's professional growth strengthens their sense of belonging and mitigates the risk of talent drain to competitors.
